Our People:

Graham Lovell, healthcare specialist with deep sector knowledge of the independent service sector, embracing care homes (Elderly, Learning disability, and Children), mental heath facilities (Medium/low secure, locked, residential, supported living and community settings), and foster care provision, across the UK, Eire and Scandinavia. Clients he has worked with include; Four Seasons, Priory, Southern Cross, Bupa, Westminster Healthcare, Care Management Group, Craegmoor, Foster Care Associates, and Tracs Care, along with leading private equity houses, clearing banks and commissioners such as Local Authorities.

Loraine Clarke-Blake, RGN and Registered Health Visitor, has had an extensive varied career in the sector with roles ranging from  lecturing, quality assurance (authoring policies and compliance), operational turnaround, operational due diligence through to day to day administration as seen at corporate regional manager level. Until recently Loraine was a member of the PricewaterhouseCoopers independent sector healthcare team, and prior to that worked with Care UK Plc. During her time with these organisations Loraine advised on Elderly Care, Learning Disability and Mental Health situations.   

Nigel Ferrand, Chartered Accountant, recently elected to take early retirement from PricewaterhouseCoopers after 23 years service where he divided his time (spent primarily in the deal space) between corporate finance and transaction services. Nigel's experience and financial modelling skill sets covers a wide canopy of sectors, including healthcare. In the healthcare arena he has lead on deals involving foster care, and elderly care, along with a leading care home construction company

David Ingram, a qualified banker, recently chose to return to business after a career break that saw him successfully develop a gite holiday home in the Charente Maritime region of France. His 28 year career with Barclays culminated with David leading a regional Barclays Business Banking Support team which specialised in turning around distressed businesses. He is adept at understanding the issues facing businesses in difficulty and the nuances associated with  crafting credible approaches to financial institutions. These skill sets are crucial in developing sustainable solutions for all business stakeholders.
      
John Mason, RGN/RMN, has a wealth of operational and clinical experience gained in both the private corporate care home and public sectors. His technical operational skills encompass, best practice, regulatory compliance, labour effective care delivery, performance monitoring, effective communications with commissioners. Such skills coupled with a talent for delivering within budget has been recognised with a number of accolades. John's recent assignments working alongside PricewaterhouseCoopers have focused on successful turnaround situations, and the successful stabilising of distressed businesses.
